Britney Spears has been going in hard on the yoga and she’s been sharing her fitness progress with fans online – handstands and all.
The singer recently took to Instagram where she uploaded a new gymnastics and yoga-inspired workout session with boyfriend Sam Asghari.
In the clip, the Radar singer created back-bending poses in which she hung upside down , walked up the stairs on her hands and did the classic hand stand.
The 37-year-old, who has made no secret of her gruelling fitness routine, appeared to be in good spirits as she enjoyed the October weather in LA weather, donning a blue bikini.
She said: ‘Only in LA can you wear a bathing suit in October! It’s so beautiful out…and first time to walk on my hands up and down the stairs.’
In the clip, Asghari, 25, seems to be all business as he supports his girlfriend and spots her as she does her routine.
One of the moves has Britney place her hands flat on the floor as Asghari holds her legs up, whilst another has them mirroring camel poses.
One of the final poses has the pair sitting opposite one another with their legs open wide as they stretch out the other’s hip joints.
Like something off a yoga Instagram account, another part of the video has Asghari on his back, holding a posing Britney using his hands and the balls of his feet.
Britney recently announced that she is taking a break from music to focus on her mental health, and from her adorable snaps with Asghari, she appears to be enjoying herself.
Brit’s break from music may last up to 10 years as she focuses on herself following the conservatorship issues with her dad Jamie.
An insider told Heat magazine: ‘Britney’s made the decision, because she loves being on-stage and adores her fans, but she also knows it’s a necessary step.’
